Design solution for Smartcare. Reconciliation page for child care providers to check status of payments,
Current status was type heavy, without visually engaging, easy to read, status of payments. Funded, Processing, Failed are the three status levels.
After doing research, I reached out to 25 current customers asking them what, were the three largest impediments, they thought needed to be addressed on website.
Three patterns emerged:
1. Users felt that experience was convoluted. Not clear.
2. Users felt guidance or patterns on website were not clear.
3. Totals were not updated in real time. Updating done nightly.
I created a tile driven, easy communication, for users to know instantly the amount of total revenue as opposed to what is failed or still being processed.
Large numbers at bottom of tiles tell users quickly and clearly. Servers would have updates to tiles every 10 minutes for latest data.
Using data harmonization I was able to create a better way to quickly communicate needed data to user.
